La marca buscaba no solo aumentar la frecuencia de consumo, sino tambi\u00e9n conectar con su audiencia para capturar datos valiosos. Sus objetivos clave fueron: incrementar el sell-in y el sell-out, alcanzar 2.500 registros y recolectar\u00a0<i>first party data<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">La mec\u00e1nica se centr\u00f3 en una experiencia sencilla: los\u00a0<i>shoppers<\/i>\u00a0compraban tres de sus NESCAF\u00c9 favoritos, escaneaban un c\u00f3digo QR y, a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Qualifio, participaban en un juego de memoria para luego registrar sus datos. Como incentivo, se ofrecieron 12 iPhone 16 PRO MAX, uno cada semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">La comunicaci\u00f3n fue integral, utilizando piezas de alto impacto en el punto de venta y una fuerte presencia digital a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales,\u00a0<i>banners<\/i>\u00a0y mensajes de texto. Esta combinaci\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 que el mensaje llegara a la audiencia en cada punto de contacto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">La promoci\u00f3n no solo cumpli\u00f3 sus objetivos, sino que los super\u00f3 ampliamente. Con una participaci\u00f3n de 6.039 personas, se logr\u00f3 m\u00e1s del doble de los 2.500 registros estipulados. Superando la meta en un incre\u00edble 142%, con m\u00e1s de 14.000 tazas vendidas y 25.680 visitas totales a la p\u00e1gina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">El \u00e9xito se tradujo directamente en el negocio, con un incremento del 166% en el\u00a0<i>sell-in<\/i>, 82% en el\u00a0<i>sell-out<\/i>\u00a0y un ROI del 90.4%. Esto se vio reflejado en un crecimiento del 240% en las ventas de 2025 en comparaci\u00f3n al 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Se logr\u00f3 conectar con un\u00a0<i>target<\/i>\u00a0m\u00e1s joven, con el 31% de los registros en el grupo de 25 a 34 a\u00f1os.
